Tuscan Palms Villa

Our villa has its own private South facing 26 by 13 foot pool and raised Spa. Being south facing means that the pool deck is in the sun all day long, a great advantage over many other rental properties.

 

The pool is surrounded by a large pool deck that includes a covered Lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. It is furnished with chairs, a table, and sun loungers, allowing you to dine al fresco, sit around and enjoy a cool glass of wine, or just lie back and work on topping up that tan.

 

We have invested in extending the pool deck area to provide extra space for those sun seekers who wish to spend even longer in the late afternoon sun. Our’s is one of only a few properties on the Tuscan Hills development where it is possible to extend the deck.

 

The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrows adventures!

If you find the Pool or Spa is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional charge (recommended for October to April).

 

The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are even some pool toys to keep the children entertained.

 

For peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa, the pool area is fitted with a safety fence that takes just a minute or so to put up or take down.
