During the holiday season, we rent  7 nights minimum.

 
Pool Heating optional (recommended from October to April)                                        $30/day
Cleaning Surcharge for stays less than 7 nights                                                                      $130 

 

All prices shown exclude taxes. If your stay is less than 7 nights an additional $130 surcharge is added for cleaning.
We rent 4 nights minimum. 
(please contact us for last minute specials we may be able to offer you a special discounted rate!).

These prices are for the villa rental and are not per person. 

The price includes Electricity, Water, Air-Conditioning, Cable TV, & Clean bed linen and towels.
